Let’s just hope I can run quickly. O_O
Hello, future (current? I don’t know what the proper terminology is at this point) MoHomie!
Reading your schedule, I just wanted to pass on some information about the logistics of campus and some of the trouble it might cause you. This is not to say that you shouldn’t keep your schedule the way it is; I have no idea who you are, you have no idea who I am, and my opinion doesn’t really matter as far as your academic life goes.
That being said, one of my best friends is an intended IR major, she had a class set-up similar to this one last semester, and it was really difficult. The politics department is located in Skinner Hall, which is directly across the green from Blanchard next to the Rockies, if that gives you an idea of its location. The Biology department is located in Clapp Hall, which is across from the library, next to the Art building. Getting from Skinner to Clapp is an uphill walk that takes roughly six minutes on a good day, but it kind of sucks, especially if it snows and you can’t cut through the grass anymore.
In my and my friend’s experience, it is possible to do, if a little frustrating, and if you and your advisor have decided that this schedule is what works for you, please ignore me and my unsolicited advice. Have an awesome summer, and welcome to the Mount Holyoke family. :)
