i don’t like it.

I really don’t like the term “homophobic.”

A phobia is an irrational, unfounded fear. A psychologically induced fight-or-flight response triggered by a typically non-threatening stimulus. “Homophobia” isn’t about fear. It’s about hate, and a refusal to learn and love and accept. 

Bigotry is what it is. Not a fear.
